Litigation Initiative

C2LI is a platform which allows users to explore three climate change litigation scenarios in over 30 countries. For each scenario it provides information on standing, grounds and remedies. C2LI also refers to cases not specifically about climate change that may be relevant for future climate cases around the three C2LI scenarios.
